RADIO PRODUCTION YOUTH JOURNALIST PROJECT AT LIVESEY 2 PEMPEOPLE 567 OLD KENT ROAD SE1 5EW

We conducted a six-week youth journalist workshop, imparting diverse skills in journalism and creative arts to young individuals. Subsequently, the youth journalist team was tasked with documenting the "It Ain't Over" arts exhibition held at the Livesey Exchange 2.

During this project, the young journalists conducted interviews with accomplished artists and the Southwark Council Project Manager, Simona Tottoli, capturing insightful perspectives and enriching the narrative of the exhibition.

The YouTube footage featured in section was crafted, directed, and filmed by our aspiring youth journalists team.

DJ WORKSHOP AT ST VINCENT DEPAUL- BRIXTON, SW2 1AS

During the year-end celebration for St Vicents Charity, Amplify Arts Project facilitated music and DJ workshops for young people navigating mental health challenges. These sessions illuminated the art of mixing and blending tracks, capturing the interest of some participants who found a newfound fascination with DJing. Inspired, these youths excitedly persuaded their parents or guardians to acquire DJ equipment, revealing the uplifting impact of creative outlets on mental well-being. Amplify Arts Project remains dedicated to nurturing young minds through inventive initiatives that seamlessly blend artistic expression with mental health support.
