AAP offers workshops as credited qualification or uncredited. Arts Awards at Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold levels for Ages 9 to 18 years.
AAP OUTREACH PROJECTS
We provide youth structured recreational and enrichment programming for participants during school, afterschool or school holiday hours. Participants have access to structured recreation, programming delivered by our dbs checked qualified facilitators.The AAP Outreach program operates throughout the duration of the school year, Monday through Friday and provides a safe and welcoming space for youth.

Young People will learn how to produce electronic music using Logic, making beats and sounds using software instruments and looped samples. Also, learn some simple music theory, how to arrange musical phrases, mixing techniques and effects processing to their create tracks. Opportunity to work on writing lyrics, songs, performance skills and recording tracks.

Music Production
The Radio and Djing Project provides practical training to students seeking to learn how to produce and present a radio show or create DJ mixes. They can learn how to present themselves professionally as a radio broadcaster and discover the elements that will create an entertaining show. Students will complete podcasts during the course.

Radio Production
The course is for beginners and intermediates. We cover the basics of the DJ culture. This is a digital DJ course. This class covers the following:​​

Amplify Minds
DJ MENTOR SESSION
The APP Amplify Minds mentor sessions aim is to encourage and build confidence, resilience, coping skills empathy and positive decision-making skills within our young people. As we believe these are significant areas in adolescence that are needed for our young people to live as mature people.
The project outcomes:
Amplify Minds seeks to achieve four measurable goals:

reduce gun crime, knife and gang involvement

Empower the young people to education, training and also employment

enhance natural skills and abilities in young people

Young People take part in an area of creative interest whether in Music Production or Djing. All AAP clients have the opportunity to work with a mentor to pursue employment, job training programs, or continuing higher education.
AAP also provides Post-Secondary Transition Services by assisting students with preparing and applying for college, financial aid, and finding the program that best suits their interests.
